As an employee of the Healthcare Workforce Training Institute, you have the opportunity to make a lasting, positive impact in not only the lives of our students, but those in need of acute, post-acute, or long-term care.

The Healthcare Workforce Training Institute provides year-round accessible, quality certifications and trainings to the public with the intent of increasing and advancing our healthcare workforce. Our instructors lead a variety of classes, including the nurse aide training program (CNA), medication aide classes, community based residential facility (CBRF) state-mandated classes, and the Virtual Dementia Tour.

We are always looking to add exceptional, qualified instructors to our team, which consists of full-time, part-time, casual, and contract employees.

If you are an experienced trainer or speaker on a healthcare related topic (i.e. team retention, leadership, end-of-life, dementia, etc.), we would love to talk with you about potential opportunities to partner.
